GERONIMO-6878 Remove Google Analytics from Geronimo Website

Hi,

I created the following JIRA with patch to remove Google Analytics from the
website:
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-6878

Could someone take a look at this please. If I've got the wrong place
(Git?) or its not the right way to fix this, then please let me know.

I see a list of pages but no patch. I _think_ these are from confluence and that these all relate to the retired geronimo server and related test apps etc. and that we should simply archive alll of these pages.

Is there a patch that I missed?
Any comments?
