This bug is, to say the least, indecipherable.

If you have a bug to report, please open a new report.  But if you do so,
start by a brief description of exactly what is going wrong.  If you need
to include supporting material, then please use the attachement feature
of bugzilla.  Do not just dump everything into the description.

More likely, you should direct your question to a user support forum like
http://httpd.apache.org/userslist.html
