how parse value to checkbox in foreach

i have checkbox that inside in foreach.
this's my example :
cek    kode
[]        101
[]        102
[]        103
<page-specification class="simpel.Negara">
    <component id="form" type="Form">
   <binding name="listener" expression="listeners.formSubmit"/>
   <binding name="stateful" expression="false"/>    
    </component>
    <component id="eachCountry" type="Foreach">
   <binding name="source" expression="projectPage"/>
   <binding name="value" expression="master"/>
    </component>
    <component id="cek" type="Checkbox">
    <binding name="selected" expression="master.cekkode"/>
    </component>
    <component id="insertKode" type="Insert">
    <binding name="value" expression="master.kode"/>

i want to check kode: 101 
if checked i want to delete 101 from database
how i got the value in checkbox that the code is 101 and how i know that
101 check is true?
pls somebody help me.
