Admin problem with User Browser.

I have installed jetspeed a couple of times now and each time I get the
same problem. When I log in as the admin and browse the users I am unable
to edit or remove them. It seems to stick on this page. If I try to edit
and then goto home it still stays on the user browse page.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix or perhaps I have missed
something in my configuration. Any help would be appreciated.
