[jira] [Updated] (FLINK-39480) Python wheel on MacOS fails for all 2.x branches

Sergey Nuyanzin updated FLINK-39480:
------------------------------------
    Description:
It was green in the beginning of Feb, however started to fail after that (in GHA)
also it blocks releasing since there are some steps requiring working wheel tasks
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Creating+a+Flink+Release

The reason seems that there is a transitive dep in apache-beam on setuptools which doesn't have a cap. On the other side limitations in toml file are not applied for transitive deps
