Generate Dynamic web project 2.5 using Eclipse plugin

Dear developers and users,

I'm in the process to import our maven based project into eclipse.

How can I configure the eclipse plugin so that, it can generated a
dynamic web project (version 2.5)?

In additional, I've used webapp resource filtering. the web.xml file is
located in src/main/webapp-resources and is subject to maven resource
filtering. What can I do to import my web.xml properly in eclipse?
