As seen in [this discussion|
https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/05c3071ad92d7a0c364d3367025c89d86c96d0971e247ee8e434f536@%3Cuser.hivemall.apache.org%3E], supporting instance-wise L2 normalization is mandatory for Field-aware Factorization Machines. 

Also, better to print average losses in addition to cumulative losses.
