   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   `let num = 0;
   
   useEffect(() => {
       if(num > 0){
           let dom = document.getElementById('chart');
           let myChart = echarts.init(dom)
           myChart.setOption(...);
       }
   
   }, [num]);
   
   {num === 0 ? (
       <div id='chart'></div>
   ) : (
       <div>暂无数据</div>
   )}`
   
   ### Current Behavior
   
   1. when num changes to 0, page shows '暂无数据', and when num changes to a data that is not 0, page does not render the chart, but the dom is on the page. 
   2. when I use function dispose to destroy the chart in the useEffect return,  it will report " Cannot read properties of null (reading 'removeChild')".
   
   ### Expected Behavior
   
   1. the chart will rerender
   2. dispose should be right
