as the Android app Taverna Mobile c[urrently uses the |https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-mobile]separate [Taverna Player|[http://example.com|https://github.com/myGrid/taverna-player]] API at the moment.

API guide for Taverna Server: [https://taverna.incubator.apache.org/documentation/server/3.1/usage]

There's an API [taverna-server-client|https://taverna.incubator.apache.org/download/server/#client-side] bundled in the Taverna Server release which may be helpful, although it has not been tested on Android.
