How to read large excel file using apache poi

i have used factory class workbook for both type of excel( xls and xlsx) but
now while reading excel out of memory error is displaying.. kindly help me
out to solve this. i want to read both excel file. From google i didnot find
any perfect solution issue yet. kindly tel me any API .
