Allowing issues on GitHub for every projects?
Hi team,
currently, we don't allow issues in our projects on GitHub. Considering
that JIRA requires some account creation, it might be seen as a barrier
for users.
Should we allow issues for everyone on our projects?

If we do that, we would want to keep a track to all the past JIRA
issues, including the closed ones.
Not sure we can migrate them to GH...

I would be +1 just to close the JIRA projects altogether and use
GitHub issues...

As soon as we can follow up for the release...
It's clear that it will require more work on our side, but if it allows
users to fill issues instead of being blocked on JIRA because they have
to create a user we have to validate (and it may take a while...)
