0da73ac58 is described below
commit 0da73ac58832bf9720b7794bb803a52b53572718
Author: Shawn Yang <sh...@gmail.com>

docs: update release version to 1.7.4 (#4065)
Update README, installation guides, and examples to recommend Apache
Fory 1.7.4 after the RC1 vote passed. Keep the existing 1.8.0
development package versions unchanged.
Validation: ran the repository version-bump script with `-version
1.8.0-dev -release-version 1.7.4`, formatted changed Markdown, and
verified all 86 replacements are version-only. `git diff --check`
passed. No local builds or tests were run for this documentation-only
change.
