commons-logging : unknown to *this* workspace

Hmm, I wonder why Gump thinks commons-logging and commons-io are
"unknown to *this* workspace". I can see those two just fine.

commons-logging:
http://vmgump.apache.org/gump/public/apache-commons/commons-logging/
...builds fine.

Other projects seem to run into the same problem, but not all it appears.
Bad:
http://vmgump.apache.org/gump/public/directory-naming/naming-core/index.html
Good:
http://vmgump.apache.org/gump/public/db-torque/db-torque/index.html


I'm clueless. Any ideas?

A change to commons-proper's Gump descriptor made it non-well-formed
so Gump dropped the whole of commons, including commons-logging.

Should be fixed by now.
