[Bug 58244] two way SSL loses client certificate after a few

The problem also goes away temporarily if I restart Firefox or just clear the
"Active Logins" in the history deleting dialog. Then after 30 seconds it
happens again.
Maybe related to SSL session length?
Any suggestion how to debug this is welcome.
