portlet container does not support buffering
I am trying to configure Pluto to run under WebLogic 8.1, this is an
exception that I got in the renderPortlet method in
PortletContainerImpl class:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: portlet container does not support buffering
Please help!!!

James,
BTW, there were 2 problems that I was having and I found the archive
that one guy was having the same problem using Pluto with WebLogic:
http://mail-archives.eu.apache.org/mod_mbox/ws-wsrp4j-dev/200405.mbox/%3cPHECKLLNMAMJNGLGOPJPGEEOCHAA.ricky.frost@pobox.com%3e
I sent him an email last night telling him how to fix the first one
(jsp problem) and I fixed the second problem based on his email.
Thanks,

Jeff,
Double check your stack trace. The error should be coming from the
'RenderResponseImpl.java' file. If you look at the code, you'll see the
following
public void setBufferSize(int size)
{
throw new IllegalStateException("portlet container does not support
buffering");
}
This code implies that buffering will not work for any servlet engine
(instead of just BEA).
I hope this is helpful.
