Release 2.8.2 ?
Hi folks,
Wondering if you are keen on releasing another minor.
Most of the code changes are dependency bumps, but we do a bug fix related
to Kafka metrics as well. Thrift was bumped to 0.22 as well, change log is
here <https://apache.googlesource.com/thrift/+/master/CHANGES.md#0_22_0>.

given the discussion regarding calcite, maybe we go for 2.8.2 now and add a sentence to the release notes, that we are planing to remove storm-sql-* in 2.9.x - so people have the chance to step up to help maintain it.
