[VOTE] Release of DbUtils 1.3 RC1
This release includes support for Java5 generics and varargs.
I believe it to be a backwards compatible binary, but I'm still only 99%
sure of this; clirr reports a bunch of compatibility errors that look like
nonsense. I did run the compiled 1.2 tests against 1.3 and it looks OK.
+1 from me!

The release notes are a bit lean. I think the update to Java 1.5 should
be pointed out more explicitly.
In the site there are some checkstyle and findbugs errors. The cobertura
report is empty, however, I could build it locally.
These are no blockers IMO, so +1.

Hi,
+1 from me as well !
The tests run fines (on Windows XP, jdk 1.6.0_16).
There is some tab issues in the source code (see the checkstyle
report), but it's non blocking anyway.
The site looks good, with just a minor glitch: the example page was
outdated, I updated it in DBUTILS-62.
Also, shouldn't the changes page point to the main issue in this
release: DBUTILS-48 (Java 1.5 version of DBUtils)
Despite all these trivial points, the release is good to go :-)
