New fortress Release 2.0.8

Hello,

Our last release was in December. It was an emergency release to patch log4j.

There have been 3 or 4 log4j releases since then. A couple of which are still flagged as vulnerable. 

This release will get us to the latest log4j + latest wicket, spring releases for web and rest components.  And a number of other things that have been in the backlog.

Will start cutting it this weekend, assuming there are no difficulties, will put it up to a vote next week.
