I just tried this backport and got the following error, with the reproduction I described in https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/r528102e08d19d3ae446e5df75710009128c736735c0aaf310f95abeb%40%3Cuser.flink.apache.org%3E (ie. starting job with exactly_once, waited for some checkpoints to complete, and killed a task manager, job fails to recover from checkpoint)

@klam-shop Thanks for your test I have adjusted the code to not rely on the full package name and instead derive the class from the field. I think this should make it a bit more version agnostic.

@klam-shop thanks for testing this also from my side. The whole point of this fix is to enable KafkaProducer also work with kafka-clients later than version 2.4.1 (e.g. 5.5.2). kafka-clients 5.x introduced some backwards incompatibilities ... :)

@klam-shop Thanks for your test I have adjusted the code to not rely on the full package name and instead derive the class from the field. I think this should make it a bit more version agnostic.
