Policy Management Library available for Imperius

IBM has developed  the Policy Management Library (PML) and tools 
leveraging the Imperius SPL support and is making it available for trial 
evaluation.   The toolkit provides a library for policy-enabling Java 
applications and web-based tools to create, analyze and manage policies. 
Policy language support for CIM-SPL (a new standard) is provided in 
addition to support for Groovy.
