Hi all,

If this vote passes:
- No further 1.9.x releases: No additional bug fixes, features, or
security releases will be published for a 1.9.x branch.
- Documentation: The official website will be updated to mark the
1.9.x releases as EOL, directing all users to upgrade to 2.x.
- Existing Artifacts: Existing 1.9.x releases will remain available in
the Apache archives and Maven Central for historical purposes.
DISCUSS mail thread:
https://lists.apache.org/thread/ply1xo4lqxsjw8169nf95b6qty0fbqwh

The vote to declare the Apache OpenNLP 1.9.x release line as
End-of-Life (EOL) has passed.
- The OpenNLP website will be updated to reflect the EOL status of
OpenNLP 1.9.x and encourage users to upgrade to 2.x. I will make this
PR for opennlp-website.
- No further releases or patch builds will be produced for the 1.9.x line.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the discussion and vote!
Thanks,
Jeff
