Sometimes when creating a new PLC4X S7 adapter with a CSV for the configuration the runtime name for the properties is missing.
The bug can be reproduced with the following CSV file:
Name;Logical Address;Data Type
myRuntimeName;%I1.0;Bool
!image-2021-06-07-08-47-52-800.png|width=358,height=134!
