Accounting for Ecommerce consideration.

Along these lines, get ready to start filling out 46 quarterly tax forms
starting this November:

I've read the bill and if you're a small business ($5M or less annual)
you don't
have to collect from every state. They also realize it will be quite a
mess and
state they need to develop some sort of system that makes paying easy
before
it's implemented.

Thanks BJ for the link.

That's pretty incredible stuff.  Rather than attempt to enforce the tax
laws that each state has on their books, this bill wants to ignore the
fundamental rule of jurisdiction.
