   client 心跳激活的 reconnect 
   reconnect > 0 && (this.reconnectExecutorFuture == null || this.reconnectExecutorFuture.isCancelled())
   其中this.reconnectExecutorFuture == null || this.reconnectExecutorFuture.isCancelled()==false 心跳无任何意义
