Ripple to use app/www and not app/platforms/android/assets/www

Hi,

It would be really convenient if ripple emulator can use app/www and not
app/platforms/android/assets/www
That way when things are working fine we can just do cordova build

When ripple emulate is used in app/www the emulator can't find cordova.js
even if it was (sym or hard)linked and config.xml.
OS: Windows 8
