[JSPWIKI] plugins from jspwiki-main registered in xml (or lack thereof)

So we have a configuration file located at the following location in
version control.

.\jspwiki-main\src\main\resources\ini\jspwiki_module.xml

And we have a bunch of plugins that are packaged in the main jar file. Most
are not listed in the xml file.

Question: was this done on purpose for some reason or is this just an
oversight? Easy enough to address...

Hi!

IIRC, initially plugins were located by looking at that file, wereas
nowadays we look for Plugin implementations. It may be very posible that
this file could be get ridden of, don't recall if it has anymore uses as of
today..
