Release cordova-android 6.0.1?
On cordova-android 6.0.0 the splash and icons are broken (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-12077)
The PR has just been merged and I think we have to release it as soon as
possible as there has been 4 duplicated issues already

Let's do a patch release. Calling for volunteers (committers) that are
invested in this to step up. The steps are:

I'd consider this a pretty serious regression, and worth a bugfix
release as soon as possible.
As it currently stands, Cordova-Android 6 command-line builds aren't
suitable for distribution, and bugs will keep pouring in.

There are other things that need to be added, and there will probably be a
6.1 release in the next month. I think doing a 6.0.1 release would be a
waste of time given how long the Apache process takes to go through a
release. (About a week from start to end)

I don't feel that this bug is worthy of a fix and can wait for other
patches such as the increase in API level. If other people want to start
the process, that's fine, but I don't think that this is necessary at this
time.
