kupu editor and cvs-lenya problem: kupumacros-xhtml.xsl not found

Hello all,
if I checkout cocoon-lenya from cvs I've not XML
editors like bxe and kupu installed.

I can setup successfully bxe, but if I try to edit with kupu
a document, I take the following...

cause: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/home/gpciceri/works/setMediaCms/build/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.29-LE-jdk14/webapps/lenya/lenya/resources/kupu/apache-lenya/kupumacros-xhtml.xsl
(No such file or directory)

Where may I found kupu-related XSLTs ?
