Developer JIRA Access

How do I go about getting my JIRA access upgrade to developer status on the
Buildr project?  Specifically, I would like to be able to claim issues,
resolve or close as necessary, etc...

I thought this was automatically done by Infra by adding you to the
buildr-developers user group... we should check with them.

In the mean time, I've given you access by adding your user directly in the
project permissions.
