   Closing in favor of #10247. This rejects at create time the exact state #10247 is meant to allow: a bitmap index over (a) coexisting with one over (a,b). The two go in opposite directions and coexistence is the one I want to keep. If the read side still needs work, the fix is to relax DataEvolutionGlobalIndexScanner.groupIndexFiles to group by indexFieldId plus extraFieldIds, not to tighten the create path.
