XRFF format definition

Hi all,

I am looking to an XML format to encode features extracted from Document
(various multimedia types possible so various features types too) and embed
them in the document description. XRFF appears to be a good candidate
however I can't find any XSD. Anyone aware of such schema definition ? I can
design it myself the XSD from the DTD and, if so, I think it could be a good
thing to keep that within weka code (ie how should I contribute ?).

Another thing is that each document has its own XML description, so I would
have one big instance and not a list of instances. However I would like to
have it in a self descriptive like it is done in XRFF, thus the idea to use
it. But is there any other XML standard to do so ? I pretty sure it could be
usefull to be able to exchange instance (not always intanceS) between some
services, so it can also be seen as a kind of proposal of XRFF extension.
