[D] When is the next release? [arrow-go]

Hello! 👋 

I recently merged this PR here (https://github.com/apache/arrow-go/pull/754). My motivation is that I internally would like to bump `substrait-go` to `v8` in a repo at work, but we additionally have a dependency on `iceberg-go` and (transitively) `arrow-go`. I'm trying to figure out a timeline when I can expect to be able to get a released version of `iceberg-go` out with the next version of `arrow-go` available in it. If it is at all possible to do an `arrow-go` release soon, that would be great, but no worries if there is a standard release cadence.

Given the recent flurry of updates and fixes, I think i want to get #771 and #746 merged and then i'd be happy to do a new release (which would be 18.6.0). Does that work for you?
