In {{zkServer.sh}}, JMXPORT environment variable is used before executing {{zkEnv.sh}} script.
Users are more likely to have their custom configuration in {{zoo.cfg}} or {{zkEnv.sh}}
It think it would be more appropriate if we can move JMX related configuration bellow {{zkEnv.sh}} execution point in {{zkServer.sh}}
