[Axis2] Version service does not work when MTOM turned on in axis2.xml

While working with Axis2 1.3, I found that when MTOM is turned on in axis2.xml, version service http://localhost:8080/services/Version/getVersion gives a mime error. I had to regenerate the version.aar with the enableMTOM parameter set to false for it to start working again.
