To unblock testing, will temporarily
* rename packages for Hive from "hive" to "hive2" as it used to be in HDP 2.x version
* rename packages for Spark from "spark" to "spark2" as it used to be in HDP 2.x version
* remove dependency that Hive must also install Pig until it is ready for packaging
