You mean, the uber-jar plugin? Works pretty well and it has its benefits. Also, takes practically no time maintaining.

My fix uses the already in use assembly plugin and will produce an all in one jar containaing all classes from all mina modules. Adding this produced jar to the existing distributions may be interesting.
Uberjar plugin seems to be deprecated according to the official page.
