1.This patch logs the tree of Continuations and the Continuations expirations 
set to the flow.log

2.This patch corrects a "bug" where the lastAccessTime was not set at creation 
time. This allowed for several Continuations to have lastAccessTime of "0", and 
therefore could not be inserted together into the same SortedSet (sorted ny 
LastAccessTime + ttl)
