FYI, chapter for LDP 1.1

scope is correct some things in 1.0, plus formally incorporate some of 
the current notes (access control, paging, patch, etc) as recommendations

we have to discuss if the project continues to be involved in the new 
working group...

charter for the LDP WG could look like.
