Release notes for 1.6.2-incubating?

Do we do release notes for 1.6.2-incubating? I can see notes for 1.6.1  
[1], but no test results, for example. For 1.5.x, we've just added a  
section to the 1.5 notes for minor releases [2].

Does 1.6.2 become a note in the 1.6.1 docs, or do we create a separate  
page for it..?

TL;DR: I'd say yes.

I created the 1.6.1 release notes as a separate page because it was a big release considering it was our first in Apache and our Maven groupId changed. In the past we haven't done test results for maintenance releases, only for minor releases. Along with AndrewB's email about live testing I'd like to see us doing more of this too. Eventually I think we should have test results for every release. If/When that's the case, each release will need it's own page so why not start now?
