How to go through the broken links in CMS

Hi all,

  Now iam working on link management ,i,e by linking different pages with the help of  Kupu Editor.

 Iam facing some problems  while going through the link Management.


1)

  I have created one new document( page1)  ,and i edited the content of the document with Kupu to have link to another page in my CMS(Ex: page1 to page2,Page2 is already created and Page 1 and page2 are at the same level) .
 
I am removing the  page2 from my Cms. its asking like

(Do you really want to delete all language versions of the document /PAge2?
	
The following documents have links to this document	/page1 [en]

iam clicking delete button  means , page2 is deleted.

But the Link-text to page2 is still Present on the Page1..,

 So how to delete that Link-text.

This time i have created two sub documents under Page1, P01 and P02.Iam creting a link in P01, to go to P02 when iam trying to delete P02 ,its telling me that P02 is linked to P01 and asking my confirmation to delete P02.

If we say delete ,its throwing an error like below


C:\jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28\webapps\ROOT\lenya\pubs\NEW-PUB\content\authoring\page1\P02\index_en.xml (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open) 



So could any one please help me how to get out of  these problems.
