Currently the minicluster uses /var/lib/hadoop-hdfs as HDFS shortcut socket dir. It's a hard-coded path, requires root privilege to create, is a leaky resource, and is one of the many reasons preventing developers to run multiple mini-clusters concurrently. We should put it into the testdata/cluster directory instead.
