[users@httpd] A new convert

Hello,

  Questions from a newb. I just today converted the web server over from IIS
5 to apache. Gratefully I have the server up and running. But being a new
user and knowing very little about Apache other than it's not owned by the
Gates consortium, is this the place for people like me to ask those got to
bore people to death questions?
