   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   As the discussion [here](https://github.com/apache/ozone/discussions/5121), dropping the hadoop2 related module can fast up the building time and also we're about to release the 2.0.0, it would be a good change to removed the module. Please take a look, thanks!
