[jira] [Created] (INFRA-9640) Unblock IP address

Steve Moyer created INFRA-9640:
----------------------------------

             Summary: Unblock IP address
                 Key: INFRA-9640
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9640
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Steve Moyer

My IP address (from one of the Penn State University's blocks) appears to be blacklisted. Curiously, I can access the Apache Subversion servers but not the Git servers. Cloning the following address is failing on this computer:

http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/directory-fortress-core.git

Please remove my address from the blacklist ... or advise with further instructions. The IP address is:

128.118.110.145

Thanks!
