   ### Summary
   
   `getMessageTraceByKey` looks up a trace by business key with optional instance/topic/trace-topic filters. The message contract suite never exercised it.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - The lookup sends the trimmed key and optional filters (including a trimmed `traceTopic`) and returns the trace record
   
   ### Testing
   
   `vitest run src/api/message.test.ts` passes: 8 tests, 0 failures (up from 7). `tsc --noEmit` and `eslint` are clean.
