0.1.0 Re-rolled

Ok, I did this yesterday but I forgot to post here about it.  I've
uploaded the new 0.1.0 zips to http://people.apache.org/~jmsnell.
Please take a look and verify that your +1 still applies to the new zips.

The lib dir of the abdera.0.1.0-incubating.zip appears to have both
json.jar and json-1.0.jar, maybe some leftovers from your previous
builds/releases?

Other than that it looks fine to me.
