Access to Incubator CVS

Went to check out the files and look at them but don't have CVS access to
that part of the repository.

*mumble mumble* Apparently you were granted karma to the area, but you
were never added to the appropiate unix group.  I just did that.  Please

It will only be a matter of time before there are a number of forms to fill
out for any given function.  ;-)
