Background introduction:
In the UI project, the pom.xml file specifies that the node version is v6.10.0, and the NPM version is v3.10.10. If the node configuration is upgraded directly, the use of old users will be affected (node_modules already exists locally file), in order to achieve node upgrade without affecting the use of old users, the following modifications are made:
Delete the local node modules file before running NPM install
