In normal use (in place filtering) all Filters work correct.
But using "Copy Results to" in Standard or Advanced Filter, it only works
correct for a named database range as target.
If the copy target ist a cell range or a named range, the output is a copy of
the whole unfiltered datalist! (Only the size of the cell selection in the
output is correct.)

sample file to reproduce the defect
I used the sample file created from bug 122955 to reproduce this defect.
I am not sure, if this is the defect which burnuser means.
my steps:
- open given sample sheet
- select c5:f17
- menu Data - Filter - Standard Filter
- Field name = Group; Value = b
- More options: copy results to D19
--> AOO 4.0.0 copies all
--> AOO 3.4.1 copies only entries with Group = b

- Could you provide a sample document with a step-by-step instruction?

This defect is verified fixed in Windows Nightly build(trunk)
AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1521070 based on the attached sample document
"sample file to reproduce the defect"

My sample and steps overlapped with yours ;-
I am confirming this issue as a regression to AOO 3.4.1
It is caused by the changes for bug 12666 - it belongs to bug 122862, bug
122870, bug 122955 and bug 123163
I am working on a solution, otherwise I will revert changes from bug 12666 for
AOO 4.0.1
