German XMLErrList_DE_DE.xml anybody?

Hi!

We need a Xerces version that "speaks" German. Does anybody already have
a German error list file (XMLErrList_DE_DE)?

If not, we'll do a translation ourselves, and I'd be happy to submit it
for inclusion in future Xerces versions. Whom would I send it to?
